It is then dried, twisted and woven into these coffins together with white rattan to give it an exotic and refined texture. Pandas are selective in their diet, and our species of bamboo (Phyllostachys Pubescens) is not on their menu. As they also live far away from the Hunan Province, where the factory is located, the cropping of the bamboo does not affect their habitats in any way.
